The cards currently held in the cache, in the same form getCachedContentCards returns them.
The time of the last successful Content Cards sync for the current user, as a Unix timestamp
(seconds). 0 if no sync has succeeded. null if Content Cards are disabled. This is when the
SDK last synced, not a server card timestamp like contentCards.lastUpdated.
